Most artists will tell you that painting, dancing, acting, singing, playing musical instrument, music, drawing, knitting, sewing, crocheting, coloring, sculpturing/potter, molding (you get it...) all have a way of distracting your mind from current situations, issues and other matters because you become so engage in the present state of creating/building/formulating some type of construct, that you forget about other pending matters...
