The Art of Braiding Can Be Therapeutic Part I

 FEATURED article-"therapeutic braiding"

Check out my article in Examiner on how braiding can be a therapeutic activity.

Most artists will tell you that painting, dancing, acting, singing, playing musical instrument, music, drawing, knitting, sewing, crocheting, coloring, sculpturing/potter, molding (you get it...) all have a way of distracting your mind from current situations, issues and other matters because you become so engage in the present state of creating/building/formulating some type of construct, that you forget about other pending matters...
Well, this article also presents the "Art of Braiding" (including twisting) as another artistic therapeutic braiding activity/intervention if you will...
